Default The classic elimination game

Buckeyes have pretty much controlled this series since Penn State joined. Nittany Lions offense is more productive yadage wise but the Buckeye defense appears to be slighly stronger and is more stingly in yielding points. This is a hard game to call as one can easily see either team winning. Picking the favorite, in this case Penn State, is uncomfortable. After what happened to tOSU at Purdue they'll be even more determined not to go home losers again.

Words of warning: if you don't like watching "Tresselball games", do not watch this.

Both teams are stout defensively. PSU is obviously better offensively, but PSU is downright terrible in the punting game, both in net punting and returning. OSU's best chance is to play the "field position game".

Losing Pettrey is a huge hit to Tressel ball

Default I don't know..

Pettry wasn't exactly automatic on field goal attempts and I would think the other kickers can get it to the goal line on scores. I doubt we'll see a bunch of scoring anyway. It might mean Ohio State will punt from the 30 yard line in!!!
