Morons in this eastern Iowa town had the "brilliant" idea to rename the Good Friday holiday the city has always had, "Spring Celebration Day" so as not to be "offensive" to non-Christians. After a near revolt in the streets, and a nation-wide explosion of outrage, this week the city Council relented and formally re-instituted the "Good Friday" observance.
