That was good stuff. You all should listen to this interview between Cowherd and the PAC 10 Commish. They talk about why they would leave the BCS and go back to the Rose Bowl tradition if the BCS tried to implement a 4-team playoff, why they don't want to add two teams to stage a conference title game, and Cowherd grills him on the PAC 10 being a one-program conference. Sorry, but the PAC 10 Commish is pretty weak. He just got grilled on a national radio show and had no reasonable responses to the blunt questions that were being asked. No wonder the PAC 10 fans I have talked to are not happy with their commish. I wouldn't be either.

Fortunately for the national fan the old bluehairs in charge of the PAC 10 and Big 10 will die soon and get out of the way for younger, more forward thinking individuals. The fans will eventually force the playoff because that is where the money comes from, either directly or through ad sales on TV games which are based on viewer share.... And the fans have spoken

College football is to much of a every man for themselves business for that to happen, the PAC-10 is looking out for the PAC-10 and if they can get a $16 million payout from the Rose Bowl without it being in the BCS they will jump at the chance.

Who actually makes money off of the BCS? I have a hard time believing protectors of the status quo are doing it solely for the best interest of their respective schools.
