There are three 12 team leagues. In conference play, all league members are a combined 49-49. In OOC games, League A is 38-10, League B is 37-11, and League C is 37-11. League B's OOC competition rates higher than the others.

Which is the toughest conference? What difference does the answer make to the most successful teams within the three conferences?

I don't know about League A, B, or C, but the SEC is the toughest conference :D
