The 7 "OTHER" in the Big Ten were the 7 games vs Indiana in 1960 that did not count as conference games that season. That was pre-determined by the Big Ten prior to the 1960 season that those games would NOT count in the Big Ten standings. The funny thing, is that Indiana went 0-7-0 in those games. In 1983 & 1984, the ACC did the same thing to Clemson. Thats where 14 of the 16 "OTHER" games for the ACC come in (the other 2 being the 2 ACC Championship Games).
