Hey guys, here's a link to my latest efforts for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I rode 60 miles on saturday and the wind kicked my a$$. hopefully this weekend there will be a little less turbulence!

You got that right! They also inherited her slim figure but much to her chagrin, all three of them have my personality and we drive her crazy many nights with our antics. (She still loves us, though!)

was gonna comment on your very nice looking family and he got there first...great stuff regarding the fundraising and of course your continuing recovery and improved health...happy 50th!...and btw--- if you younger guys think 'age is just a state of mind", thats b.s. ( take it from this 7 day a week running or playing basketball fitness fanatic, as i am sitting here miserably recovering from detached retina surgery right now due to a little basketball elbow to the cheekbone last month ( not even a bruise from it)combined with what the eye surgeon describes a" 53 year old eyeball"). so continued good health and fitness to you, and one and all...
