Current BCS rankings for Top Six (including the USC factor). The entire list assumes Texas Tech beats Oklahoma. I’ll generate another list reflecting a Sooners’ win over Tech.

Alabama
Texas Tech
Texas
Florida
Oklahoma
USC

Assuming that on November 15:
Texas beats Kansas
Alabama beats Mississippi State
Florida beats South Carolina
USC beats Stanford
Utah beats San Diego State

The top six BCS rankings will remain unchanged except that Florida will creep up on Texas
and USC will gain, slightly, against Oklahoma.

Assuming that on November 22:
Texas Tech beats Oklahoma
Florida beats The Citadel (won’t really help them)
Utah beats Brigham Young

The top six BCS rankings will show Texas Tech gaining significantly on Alabama (a bye week).
We might even have split polls as a result with Texas Tech at the top and Alabama second.

Alabama
Texas Tech
Texas
Florida
USC
Utah (if they maintain this position they get a guaranteed BCS bid)

Assume that on staggered days:
Alabama beats Auburn
Texas beats Texas A&M
Florida beats Florida State
Texas Tech beats Baylor
USC beats Notre Dame

Alabama (12-0) or Texas Tech (12-0)
Texas Tech (12-0) or Alabama (12-0)
Florida (11-1) as wins over South Carolina and FSU trump Texas wins over Kansas and A&M
Texas (11-1) Less impressive wins than Florida even though the Gators beat Citadel
USC (10-1) don’t overtake Texas by beating a 6-4 Notre Dame. But the gap with Texas narrows
Utah (12-0)

Following Big 12 and SEC title games:

If Alabama and Texas Tech win, listed below
(if Alabama loses rankings in [brackets]
(if Texas Tech loses [[double brackets]])
(triple [[[brackets]]] if both Alabama and Tech lose)

Alabama (13-0), [Texas Tech 13-0], [[Alabama 13-0]], [[[Florida 12-1]]]
Texas Tech (13-0) [Florida 12-1], [[Texas 11-1]], [[[USC 11-1]]]
Texas (11-1) [Texas 11-1], [[USC 11-1]], [[[Texas 11-1]]]
USC (11-1) [Alabama 12-1], [[Utah 12-0]], [[[Alabama 12-1]]]
Utah (12-0) [USC 11-1], [[Florida 11-2]], [[[Utah 12-0]]]
Florida (11-2) [Utah 12-0][[Texas Tech 12-1]], [[[Texas Tech 12-1]]]

Might be kind of hard to read but the four “if” conditions correlate to the columns as you read out.
I think Boise State will be out since Utah beating TCU and BYU late will nudge them over Boise State. Both being undefeated, it will hard to argue one way or the other as to who is more deserving.

The Big 12 is looking at a #5 or #6 ranked team likely NOT making the BCS since the rule limiting participation to two conference teams trumps any other consideration.
