Probably one of most overrated coaches around. Always got the academic house in order and brought integrity to the programs he ran, but it goes to show you that none of that matters if you don't win. He also has a knack of pissing off boosters due to his aloofness and unwillingness to have much of anything to do with them.

He is best used at places like Duke and Northwestern, not factories like Notre Dame and Washington
