not intending to be a wise arse but what is the mood in Iowa City after KF declined the tying FG and went for it on 4 th down unsuccessfully,is the PK not that good to make a 37 yd. FG??

I think most, myself included, have no problem with going for first down. However, I think most would have preferred to see us run the ball up the gut. I didn't notice it, but the blocking back went right rather than left. Don't know if that was some "genius" design by KOK or if the the player made a mistake. That said, there is a fine line between 3-3 and 6-0. The people that amaze me are the fans that want to go back to JC because Stanzi had three turnovers. Certainly, the turnovers hurt, but I still think Stanzi is obviously the better QB.

BTW, does anyone know why you would run a QB sneak on 2nd and 1 at the opps' 10 on the first drive of the game?
