(1) Is there any doubt that USC is "fully functional"? If any weaknesses were to be exposed today they have yet to materialize.
(2) Ohio State's running back is now quite gimpy. While they have a stable of quality runners and have experience, I think the Buckeyes will be in trouble. USC is used to playing in big games - nobody will disagree with this. They also usually win those and often very impressively. Ohio State, on the other hand, has done a nose dive in those same really big games as of late.
(3) Somebody please explain to me how the Delaware RB, who clearly dropped teh ball, but after he made the first down (it rolled back) had the ball measured from where it wound up after he dropped it and not wher the two Delaware players clearly recovered it. Perhaps this is one of those relatively obscure rules.
