Another article on the BCS Plus One. Good to see the commissioners agreeing that there's really no point in a plus one unless the top four are seeded. Of course, the only BCS Conferences not even interested in the discussion are the Big Ten & PAC 10. I just don't understand this stance. Do they really think that their fans would prefer to play in the Rose Bowl instead of a BCS Final Four, especially when they could do both once in a while?

They are a pack of old, hidebound, clueless IDIOTS and FOOLS. Always have been. We simply need to leave those old fossils behind until they die out and someone with a pulse takes over those two leagues.

I will never understand why a consolation game means so much. Even this year didn't really keep the tradition in tact as it was not Big Ten champion versus Pac-10 champion. More than that and meaning no disrespect to the Pac-10, but I don't especially care about beating Pac-10 champion when Iowa wins the Big Ten.
