The recruiting sites have had him (Jonas Gray) as a top75-100 player for most of the year. Very rarely does a top100 guys from either Michigan or Ohio not get a scholarship offer from either UM or tOSU. Usually, if you are that good and from one of those 2 states, both programs are all over you. Very odd.
