....Spring...what a thought. 17th straight day with a high at or below freezing. 32 of the last 33 days with a high below freezing. No end in sight. Now stating the coldest winter season in 25 years. Ahhhhh, Global Warming at its best.

Nebraska's baseball season starts in one week down in Dallas.

Anything to think of spring.

The Diamond Dogs open the season today hosting Oregon State, the team that eliminated them in Omaha last year.

Auburn baseball starts with Hofstra this weekend (we've opened with them for almost 4 straight years)

as for football....Auburn spring practice is soon....almost too soon. I'd have to look at my calender but I thing the A-Day game is in early March this year.

When will OSU's spring practice begin? I hope Todd Boeckman wins the QB job! :)

Don't be surprised if Henton ends up being the starter by the end of the season. He reportedly looked exceptional during bowl practice. He ran a very similar type of offense in high school.
